When Should I Arrive?

Class will open 30 minutes before scheduled start time. We recommend getting here 15 minutes early. Doors will close promptly at class start time.

What Should I Bring? 

Yoga mat, towel, water bottle. We do not provide rentals, but we do have everything you need for purchase in studio. First timer? We offer a beginner bundle - 1 Hello Fit starter yoga mat, hand towel, foam yoga block, foam yoga knee pad for $50.

What Should I Wear?

Comfortable clothing that is breathable and lightweight. You will SWEAT! 

How Should I Prepare for My First Class?

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Bring water to class and try to drink a bottle before. Electrolytes are a plus! 

How Often Should I Practice?

The more, the better! Hot yoga is safe to do daily, but we recommend practicing a minimum of 3x per week to start to feel all the benefits - mind, body, and soul.

I'm Not Flexible - What Should I Do?

Come to Soul Sweat as often as you can! This practice was made for you and your body is telling you it needs it. Don't worry if you can't touch your toes, it's all about showing up in the body you have today and loving it up! Flexibility will come over time.
