Whether you're brand new to your yoga practice or are experienced and want to bring it back to the basics, this is the workshop for you! This 2 hour workshop will teach you the fundamentals of your yoga practice - foundation & alignment of poses, breathwork, modifications and more.
Great for first timers and students in the early stages of their practice - but open to everyone. That's the best thing about your yoga practice - it is a PRACTICE. There is always more to learn and room to grow on your mat and it will all begin right here!
Studio will be room temperature, no heat or steam used. Yoga mat required, blocks and props recommended (bring your own or plan to purchase - no rentals!)

Workshop refund policy: Pre-registration is required by 9/15, no walk in's accepted. Need to cancel? Cancel 48 hours in advance for a full refund, 24 hours in advance for a studio credit. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or credited without doctor's note.
