Our classes offer a physical experience that inspires our students to push themselves to new heights. Using a series of asanas, break work, and heat, our practice challenges students to grow stronger, increase their flexibility and feel energized by the end of each class.
At Soul Sweat, our classes feature state-of-the-art infrared heating panels, designed to create a detoxifying experience in all of our free flow classes. This "health heat" brings a level of intensity into the classes while the steam purifies, cleanses, and relieves tension.
Each class features a consistent blend of breath work, power yoga, and centered meditation. Soul Sweat instructors are encouraged to create their own unique vinyasa flows for their classes, making each session unique and different from the last.
A strong part of our practice is the musical tone each SS instructor brings into their sessions. Ranging from a large selection of genres, members can expect a variety of music to enhance the experience of their sessions.
